Shipping Methods
Generally, the following shipping methods are available:

Normally, we ship within 5 to 7 full business days as most items are custom-made. The reason we say we will optimize carrier is that in some cases, we may use priority mail or other expedited methods if we believe they will arrive faster than other methods without incurring significantly higher shipping costs. This shipping method also applies to freight delivery for heavy-weight or oversized items.
Ground:
We usually ship within 5 to 7 business days, as most items are custom-made. We use Standard FedEx residential ground.
Hawaii/Alaska/Canada.
3-10 business days, FedEx ground
Other International or U.S. Territories, including the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
4-21 business days. Available carriers only. Delivery to a specific region overseas may not be available. Although we reserve the right to cancel an order if delivery is impossible, we will notify you promptly so you do not have to worry about uncertainty.
Attention International Buyers:
The recipient of goods, but not the shipper, is to pay any fee associated with customs, duties, tariff, or brokerage, if demanded by any carrier, during import entry into the destination country.
Exceptions:
The above delivery time is an estimate only. It is not a guaranteed delivery time. We are not in a position to guarantee delivery time, nor do we have control of it in certain circumstances. Under unusual circumstances, delay could occur due to factors out of our control such as back order from manufacturer or shipping carrier delay or delivery failure, such delay shall not hold us liable for any consequence caused by the delay. However, as a business, we fully understand the importance of prompt delivery and strive to do our best.
Conventional Wisdom on Shipping
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Shipping costs are based on the weight of the total order. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount, so your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual shipping charges appearing in your cart. You will receive the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price minus the shipping and handling cost. Return items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Under exceptional circumstances, the restocking fee may be waived.
To ensure proper credit, the item must be returned in resalable condition, in its original boxes only, and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories. Standard returns do not apply after 30 days.
All customers need to contact us by email at tirecoversplus@outlook.com first to obtain a return authorization. This is because the return addresses can vary with different products, and instructions need to be followed to provide the correct documentation for a proper refund. If a return is done without any authorization or at least some communication, we reserve our right to refuse it or send it back to the sender at the sender's expense. In most cases, our experiences told us some return requests result from simple misunderstandings and can be resolved without physically shipping an item back and forth.
Damaged, Defective Items, Shipment in Error or Shortage.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact tirecoversplus@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery. Please provide us with your order, item, and tracking numbers from your original confirmation e-mail. We will also need your e-mail address and phone number. We will make every reasonable effort to replace the item on time. We cover all shipping charges and replacement costs if any damage is at our fault.
